Our Place in the World

This week in social studies, we have been working on a project about our place in the world.  We started this project by talking about the homes we live in.  Then, we moved onto the city and state we live in.  Children were given pictures to color, cut, and paste onto a piece of construction paper.

  Later in the week, we talked about the country we live in, the continent and what planet we live on.
