Using 10 Frames

Math:

We introduced 10 frames in a previous lesson, using them to show number values to 10.  Today we used the 10 frames to come up with combinations of numbers that make 10.  Children were given a cup with two sided differently colored tokens and a 10 frame.  They were to shake the cup, pour out the tokens and see which combinations came from that shake.  They did this several times to find all the different combinations of the number 10.
